The system enables viewing the variance in a Gantt chart tooltip when hovering over the baseline bar. The tooltip provides valuable insights into the actual project progress compared to the planned baseline. 

Variance Fields Displayed in the Gantt

1: Start Date Variance

The variance between the baseline start date and the actual start date

2: Finish Date Variance 

The variance between the baseline finish date and the actual finish date

3: At Completion Duration Variance

The variance between the baseline duration and the actual duration at the time of completion
