Gantt charts provide a quick and clear status overview of the schedule status using the color scheme. Users can visually distinguish between activities that haven't started, those in progress, and those that are completed.
1. Not Started Activity: Green bar
Represents activities that have not yet begun
2. In-progress Activity:
Blue for Start to Data Date: blue bar represents the work that has started but has not been completed up to the data date (the current status date of the project)
Green for Remaining Duration: green bar represents the activity that is yet to be completed and indicates the remaining duration
3. Completed Activity: Blue bar
Represent activities that have completed
