The Out-of-Scope items marked in the Checklist template reflects in the Form for subsequent review and approval. Users have an option to enable or disable the marked out of scope items, provide notes as applicable, and submit for subsequent review and approval.
The system allows users to provide notes for each and every line item only as per the pre-defined Rules and Conditions for Notes.
Access a module within a project, open the form that contains the out-of-scope items, and do the needful.
