Design the Checklist Form

Before you design the checklist form layout, make sure you've created the checklist and included the template.

To design the checklist form layout:

Step 1: Navigate to Module Designer within Settings and open the relevant module

Step 2: Access the Forms menu

Step 3: Drag and drop the Checklist from Form Properties into the Designer view

Step 4: Choose the relevant value from the Checklist drop-down menu. The values in this drop-down appears based on the checklist template created.

Step 5: Save your settings
