Open a project and from the sidebar, navigate to Execution and click on Schedule. The page opens with the default layout "Global".
In-addition to additional layouts, the system displays the Pre-created layouts for specific purposes in the drop-down. The default layout is "Global". You can choose the appropriate layout to view the Schedule.
You can create one or more schedules within a project.
Follow the steps to create a blank schedule:
Step 1: Click the File menu and select Create
Step 2: Expand Create and choose Blank Schedule
Step 3: At a minimum, complete the mandatory fields:
Name: Schedule display name
Use Activity Calendar: Uses the default project calendar
Space: Select the space associated to the project from the drop-down menu
Users: Choose the users from the drop-down list
Step 4: Click Create
Note: By default, the scheduled project displays in a collapsed view. Click the Expand all button to show the detailed view.
You can create multiple schedules against a Project, Open any existing project that exists in the environment, view the schedule in Gantt format, Zoom to fit, and View the Critical Path.
You can open schedules that exist within a project. Just click the File menu and select Open. Choose a schedule from the List of Schedules window.
You can view the created schedule in Gantt Format. Just click the button(3 horizontal lines) on the menu bar to Show Schedule in Gantt.

Click the icon (looks like flame) on the menu bar to show the Critical path.
