When it comes to routine tasks performed by users, such as data entry in forms or executing workflows, exto presents you with Modules that can be configured to handle common business processes.
You can have different modules for different types of information and create custom modules as per your business requirements.
Note that exto allows only site administrators or PMEs to create custom modules.
By configuring exto modules, you can save time and effort when it comes to designing the same business process across multiple projects .
After you create a module, you can choose to display it in the menu. Learn how to place a module within a menu

The application allows you to modify only the Display name and Description in the created module. Simply open the module you created from the module designer main page, change the details, and save.
Observe the other fields are only viewable on the page.
exto allows only to modify(display name and description) a module and restricts deletion. On the other hand, the system provides you with the facility to define the user permissions(viewing records) for that module.
