Configure Multiple Workflow Actions for a Record

Before you Begin:

Role Required: PME or Admin

About this Task:

Configuring the Primary and secondary that include Approve, Return, Reject, or Return is now available across various levels or steps in the Workflow. 

Procedure:

Just navigate to a Module, select Workflows and construct the workflow with the needed actions. During form submission, users can choose the relevant action from the mobile app.

Set up Color Coding for Various Workflow Actions

You can add a custom color to a workflow action during configuration. To change the color for different workflow actions, you can select the step and choose the appropriate color code for the action from Step Properties. Accordingly, users can see these colors from the mobile app.

Configure Mandatory Comments for Form Submission

Make comments required conditional when user clicks the "Reject" or any other action button. Accordingly, the system prompts the user to enter the remarks.

Confirmation Before Submission

This comes in handy when users don't want to accidentally submit and want to confirm before submitting.

Project Space Selection

When submitting the record, users can choose the associated space. It is important to enable the Comments Mandatory checkbox in-order to allow the space selection.
