As an extension to the Record Picker, Exto facilitates users to import selective line items in scenarios involving a large number of line items.
This feature:
(a) empowers users to easily and efficiently select only the relevant line items they need, reducing the effort required to import data and minimizing the chances of errors resulting from including irrelevant lines.
(b) improves user satisfaction and productivity when working with budgets, POs, or contracts.
Here's how you can import and do a specific line-level selection!
Step 1: At the Project level, navigate to Finance Module — Cost Process Budget
Step 2: Click the Add New button in the list view to create a new budget

Step 4: Click the Import From button at the sub-table level
Step 5: From the Import From window, click the Module menu and select the relevant value from the Table drop-down list
Step 6: The Import Data Selection window appears for you to pick the specific line items by clicking the checkboxes next to each line item

The actuals graph for one or more modules can be rendered on the UI based on the three parameters — Module, Table, and Amount — configured in the Form Designer. The graph renders whenever the record is approved and is based on the approval date.
Project executives can select multiple modules for actual data. Based on this selection, the graph updates to show the actual costs from that specific data source for the selected modules.
This visualization is particularly useful to monitor the actual cost expenditure in-comparison to the planned or budgeted cost and assess how the payments are made.

Step 1: At the Tenant level, select Module designer under settings
Step 2: Navigate to the relevant module from the Module designer list view
Step 3: Access the Forms menu and construct the fields in the Form Designer view
