Introducing MFA, Master Record Access, Custom Data Validation, and Auto-complete Form Fields

Acknowledging that Platform security is of utmost importance to Exto users; in this release, we introduce Multi-Factor Authentication to ensure rightful account owners have access to Exto platform.

In addition, business users are now presented with the facility to access tenant-level master data records in their projects or workspaces.

This release upleveled with data validation, where form designers can specify custom error messages that users will see when they input invalid data in fields (for example, text instead of a number)

The existing auto-complete feature is enhanced to enable users complete form submissions rapidly.

Introducing Multi-Factor Authentication

Users can now log in to Exto using MFA, unlike using direct login or single sign-on(SSO) in the past. With this raised security measure, the multi-step account login process enforces users to enter more information in-addition to just password.

Custom Form Fields - Complete Forms with Guided Message

Users can input the the exact type of data necessary for form submission with guided custom error messages.

When users enter data, the application checks for correctness based on the constraints configured in Forms validation and throws an error message explaining what needs to be corrected and allowing to try again.

Auto-Complete Form Fields for Rapid Form Filling

Never again will you have to manually key in data into every field...We're keen to announce that this release of Exto is enhanced with Auto-complete for rapid form filling.

Use the auto-complete feature to define a set of records the user can select from and the data that gets prefilled. For example, when the project coordinator receives a call from a customer whose code already exists in the system, then during RFQ entry, the coordinator can simply enter the customer code and see the customer name, location and so on automatically copied into the record for the contractor to see.
