Monitor Changes at Line Item Level in Subtable
The Audit Trail Log provides an insight into the different operations (for now "Update" operation) carried out on the specific record or line item within the Subtable.
Use the Audit Log to monitor common operations:
User: Who accessed the record
Date Time: The date and time the changes were made
Operation: What Type of Change was made(Add/Edit/Delete)
The specifics of the change will be included in upcoming releases.
Few things that you'd be interested to know about the Audit Log:
Access the History Panel: Just click on the History icon corresponding to that record. The History panel opens with the list of changes. In the History panel you also see the Project Id, Module Name, and so on below the Audit Log Title.
Operations Carried-out on the Specific Record(line item) in Subtable: Click on any row in the History panel and view the relevant changes for that particular record.
Turn-on the Audit Trail feature and Monitor events: Administrators configure the sub-table to enable the audit feature for Project Team personnel to monitor the various events in the Sub-table records within a Module
Required Role(s): Admin, Project Member
From the Audit configuration page, key in the sub-table Collection Name followed by the Tenant ID and click the Add button.
Format for subtable collection name: cx_s_<tenant Id>_<table name(table unique id)
Open the relevant Project module and update(add,edit, or delete) the specific sub-table line item and Save. Next, click the History icon beside any line item to view the entries in Change History panel.
The "Update" operation carried out on the specific record or line item within the Subtable displays in the Change History Panel. You also see the Project Id, Module Name, and so on below the Change History title.
Clicking the specific record displays the change details.
